AMAXIM APPS, INC. ("we," "us," or "our") built the PhotoScan Pro app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by AMAXIM APPS, INC. and is intended for use "as is." This page informs visitors and users regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone using our Service.

By choosing to use PhotoScan Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to grant us certain permissions on your device. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

PhotoScan Pro is designed with privacy as a priority. All documents, scans, and images processed by the app are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, view, or store your scanned documents on any remote servers.

2. Device Permissions

To function correctly, PhotoScan Pro requests the following system permissions. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your iOS device settings.

• Camera: We require access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of capturing images to scan and convert into documents.
• Photo Library: We request access to your Photo Library so you can import existing photos into the app to be scanned, and to save your final scanned documents back to your Photos.
• Face ID / Touch ID: We utilize biometric authentication (Face ID) to allow you to securely lock and unlock specific folders within the app. Your biometric data is handled entirely by iOS; we do not have access to your face or fingerprint data.

3. Subscriptions and Financial Data

PhotoScan Pro offers premium features via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., PhotoScan Premium). All payment processing and subscription management is handled directly by Apple via your Apple ID. AMAXIM APPS, INC. does not collect, process, or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial data.

4. Log Data and Crash Reporting

Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error or app crash, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Apple Crash Logs) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other basic diagnostic statistics. This data is fully anonymized and used solely to identify and fix bugs.

5. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Because your files are stored locally, the security of your documents relies on the security of your physical device and your Apple ID ecosystem (such as iCloud backups, if you have them enabled).
